Sitaram Jindal Foundation is a NGO established in 1969 by Dr. Sitaram Jindal, the Foundation has been promoting and providing basic needs of the people across various sections of the society in different fields including education, healthcare and rural development without discrimination of caste and creed and religion.

1.10th Mark Sheet

2.12th Mark sheet

3.Valid Income Certificate

4. Certificate regarding annual fees as per Annexure-VIII.

5.Declaration about not getting scholarship from Govt / Any other source as per Annexure XI

6.Certificate of admission under Govt Merit Quota as per Annexure-VII

7.For hostellers, a certificate from the Warden or owner of private accommodation as per Annexure- IV or Annexure-IX as applicable.

8. Physically challenged Certificate

9. For widows and Ex-servicemen: i) PPO ii) Ex-servicemen Widow I-Card iii) Relationship Dependency Certificate.
